What is your delivery policy?
Domestic Mail - All items are sent by Royal Mail signed for service. You have the option to select either 1st or 2nd at the checkout stage where the cost is also calculated.

Eire & International post is also available. please contact me if your country is not listed as available and i will work out a price for you. Please note that some international packages are subject to import taxes, customs duties. These are added by the country being delivered to and not us. some fees can be very high and this will be at your own cost, not the boutiques.
We are also hearing of some long delays on international deliveries and again this is out of our control.

You are also welcome to collect items in person from our showroom in Brighton. simply select this option at the checkout stage and then contact us directly with an indication of when you'd like to collect your order.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns up to 14 days from date of delivery for full price items and we accept returns up to 7 days from date of delivery for SALE items. items returned must be in there original condition unless faulty. Any items that appeared to have been worn will not be accepted.

Please include with the items the original invoice or include a piece a paper with your name, full address and order no.
If you would like to exchange anything, please mark clearly what you would like to exchange and what size and what colour.
Any items returned should be sent by signed for post and the cost will be at your own cost.
Once the item is received, we will check that it is in it's original condition and process the refund within 48 hours. The refund will be made back to the original payment method and please note that this can take between 5-7 days depending on the merchant.

We currently accept all major credit/debit cards and paypal.
